Ferndown is a cosy ground floor cottage located on the edge of the picturesque village of Westleton in Suffolk, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms made up of one king-size double and one twin. There is a comfortable sitting room, a separate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious shower room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a large enclosed lawned garden which features a summerhouse. Onsite there is a lockable shed for up to 4 bicycles which can be made available upon request. Ferndown is a great base for exploring all that this delightful area has to offer.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and summerhouse. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Onsite there is a lockable shed for up to 4 bicycles which can be made available upon request. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Note: There is one step to access the property and one step down to the garden. Note: This is Friday changeover property which includes Christmas and New Year bookings
