Outside is off road parking for two cars, a front gravelled patio with furniture, and coarse fishing is available. Bainside Holiday Lodge is well placed for enjoying the area's aviation history, country lanes, city of Lincoln or trips to the coast.

Note: Due to the unfenced fishing lake 80 yards away, care should be taken, children to be supervised and no dogs allowed in this area. Note: A private toilet block used by the Caravan Club is adjacent to the cottage. Note: Fishing is available at additional cost.
