This charming, single-storey barn-conversion is one of three lovingly renovated holiday-homes, just three miles from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon. This wonderful property features a wet room with roll top bath and guests will be treated to a wonderful selection of toiletries included in the hamper of home grown produce provided for all residents by the onsite farm shop. This wonderful little store sells cheese, meat, fruit and vegetables, though for everything else Snitterfield's amenities are nearby, making this a well-served base for people looking to explore the region.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Stables in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Stables's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Environmentally-friendly biomass central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. On-site washing machine and tumble dryer available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Private front garden with lawn, decking and furniture. BBQ on request. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (10 metres long, 1.2 metres deep) and hydro pool hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop on-site. Village shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: 6 fishing reservoirs next to owner's grounds available for fishing at £7 per day. Children must be supervised. Pool and Hottub opening times are 9am - 6pm.
