Thelma is located on a peaceful residential street less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre and popular Island Street. The property is well presented throughout and has a lovely fully enclosed patio and garden area which is perfect for al fresco dining. Thelma also has a designated parking space at the property and is just a short walk from a decent Co-op shop. On your way back from a number of easily accessible beaches don;t forget to indulge in a gin and tonic from the Salcombe Gin Factory which is just a short distance from the property. Please note:
* The property does not accept babies or toddlers under 2 years of age.
* The property has a £250.00 security deposit payable to and administered by the owner.
* The property will allow one small well behaved dog (2 years+ only).
There is wifi or internet access available at Thelma in Salcombe. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
