Gulls Nest is located just 5 minutes walk from Salcombe town centre. The light and spacious property has stunning views of the estuary and countryside from both sides and has three outdoor areas perfect for catching the sun at any time of the day. The property has garage parking, 4 bath or shower rooms and an extra reception room which makes it perfect for added space and privacy. A fantastic property to stay in at any time of year.
