Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis (2 hour restriction), plus pay and display car park 3 mins walk away (free between 6pm and 8am). Front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The lane outside the cottage is shared with the neighbouring cottages and the Green Dragon B&B. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
