Electric central heating combi boiler with stove effect electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD Player, Digital radio, iPod dock. Free WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Parking Permit for South Lakeland District Council (SLDC) Car Parks provided. Small patio at the rear of the property. Shops, pubs, restaurants and market square 1-minute walk. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Sorry no smoking or e-cigarettes. Note: Due to the steepness of the stairs, the property is not suitable for babies/toddlers. Note: There is no enclosed outdoor space at this property. Note: There is no washer/dryer at this property, however laundry services are available within the village. Note: Bookings to start on a Monday or Friday Note: A minimum short break stay of 3 nights allowed
