Ash Park is a magnificent detached house set in an enclosed private three acre garden in the Devon coastal village of East Prawle. The house sleeps 14 people in five bedrooms, one in a detached garden room, a downstairs twin and three bedrooms on the first floor, together with five bath or shower rooms. On the ground floor is a drawing room with gas fire and great views, a second sitting room, a hall, a dining room and a kitchen. In the garage is a games room. Outside is the stunning big garden with a seasonal outdoor pool, pond, lawns, paths and lots of seating areas. With fantastic views of the sea. Ash Park is a stunning destination for a memorable Devon holiday for families or groups of friends.
