The Dunes is a three-floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large extended family or two families sharing a holiday.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor, with the first floor in between being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured. The Dunes offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is extremely well equipped and comfortable.
Due to its central location, The Dunes will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is also just a five-minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.
Outside the property you'll find a patio garden at the rear, on two levels, with steps between levels. Paved on the lower level and lawned on the higher level providing the perfect spot to sit and sunbathe.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Dunes in Crantock. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Dunes's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at The Dunes. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
Why waste part of your holiday doing the washing up. The Dunes has a dishwasher installed to save you time, and family arguements, about the washing up. Everybody hates doing the washing up and the last thing you need is a big family arguement about who is going to do the washing up while you are on holiday.

Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel - Guests must provide their own beach towels.
