Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, Smart TV with Netflix, Bose sound system, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hot Tub. Drop off parking available outside the property by the garden gate for unloading only. Pay and display car park 3 minutes away on Christleton Road £3 all day and overnight, and a further car park 2 minutes away on Sandy Lane where there is 4 hours free parking. Secluded courtyard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Waitrose 10 minute walk, Chester racecourse 20 minute walk. Note: Due to the style of the property, care to be taken on the stairs and may not be suitable for the less mobile.
