Wagtail is a detached single-storey lodge set in beautiful Blagdon Farm. With one bedroom containing a double bed and a sitting room with a sofa bed, it can sleep three adults or two adults and two children. There is an airy open-plan living room with sofa bed, chair and a dining area, and a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The wet room has a shower, basin and WC with handrails. Outside, there is room to park one car and an outdoor seating area with lovely views. It is placed next to a shared swimming pool. Located near the village of Ashwater, Wagtail is an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the vibrant counties of Devon and Cornwall.
There is wifi or internet access available at Wagtail in Ashwater. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Wagtail's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
